A former stable renovated in 2024, the single-storey Holiday cottage "Le P'tit Poirier" offers comfortable accommodation for 2 people. Can be extended to accommodate 3 or 4 people on request. Private parking in courtyard shared with owners and 2 bed and breakfasts. Private terrace with covered area, garden furniture, 2 sun loungers and plancha. Private garden opening onto a large shared lawn area (with the owner's beehives, more than 100 m away, at the back of the property, private area). Large 35 m² living room (with optional air-conditioning in summer (9€ per day). Living room with sofa bed (140x190), connected TV, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher...). 1 bedroom (13m²) with 1 double bed (160x200), shower room (5m²) with double washbasin and washing machine.     Sous le charme

    Nous avons passé 15 jours dans un gîte superbe,très bien équipé, maison spacieuse remplissant tous les critères, confortable,décorée avec beaucoup de goût,remplie de charme. Lieu paisible où il fait bon vivre,dans un cadre verdoyant et calme.
    Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux et sympathique des propriétaires,leur grande disponibilité et tous nos échanges pendant notre séjour.
    Nous sommes conquis par ce lieu parfait. Nous le recommandons vivement. C’est certain nous y retournerons.

    Excellent séjour

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et découvert une belle région avec de bons conseils de Mickael le propriétaire du gite conforme aux photos, confortable, spacieux, bien équipé et décoré avec goût et propreté irréprochable.

    Calme et tranquillité

    Une semaine on ne peut plus agréable. Le gite est spacieux, parfaitement équipé, dans un environnement calme et à proximité de sites touristiques très variés. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants , bienveillants et de bon conseil pour valoriser leur région.

    Bon séjour dans le Marais Poitevin

    Très bon séjour de 4 nuits Ô P'tit Poirier avec randos VTT dans le marais poitevin. Jolis parcours avec paysages magnifiques. Gîte très bien aménagé, propre et fonctionnel.
    Propriétaire à notre écoute et discret.
