Set in an authentic setting along a canal and the Sèvre Niortaise River, the ground floor features: a large kitchen (29.5 m²), a dining room (34 m²), a living room (14 m²) with a fireplace and insert, and a half-bath. Upstairs, you’ll find: Family Bedroom 1 (19 m²—1 140-bed, 1 90-bed in a connecting yet separate room), bedroom 2 (14.5 m²—1 140-bed), the loft (1 90-bed), a half-bath, and the shower room. This holiday cottage is attached to Holiday Cottage 768, “Le Bief Barot.”
A wooded park of approximately 7,000 m² runs alongside the canal and a stream that is home to many crayfish. The garden is not fenced.
Ideal for anglers and hikers, you’ll have direct access to the Sèvre River.
You’ll encounter moorhens, ducks, coypu, and occasionally swans and storks.
