Large unfenced courtyard with arbour, garden furniture and barbecue. The gîte also benefits from a private terrace with sun loungers. Right-of-way with neighboring house. First floor: living room (20m², TV, wood-burning stove) opening onto a functional, well-equipped kitchen (18m²), shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: a relaxation area (10m²) with 1 x 120cm bed, leading to a 1st bedroom (15m², 1 x 160cm bed, crib), a shower room with wc and a 2nd attic bedroom accessible by 3 steps (20m², 2 x 140cm beds). Electric heating extra.
Château d'Oiron 20 minutes away, Plan d'eau des Ardillons leisure park with swimming 10 minutes away, Parc d'attractions de la Vallée à Massais and Lac de Moncontour 26 minutes away, Doué la Fontaine Zoo 45 minutes away, Futuroscope and Puy du Fou 1 hour away, Marais Poitevin 1 hour 15 minutes away. The gite was very well equipped, and apart from the very difficult entrance for cars was well situated to take advantage of the lovely little town of Saint Varent which has as all the amenities that you would want.(The aire des tunnelles is well worth the walk.)The two bathrooms were immaculate and our one suggestion to improve the property would be to have a wash hand basin in the room which holds the downstairs toilet. We would highly recommend the property

Nous avons été très bien accueilli.un grand merci pour toutes les petites attentions à notre arrivée. Le gîte était impeccable confortable, bien aménagé et décoré. Nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous. Nous étions à deux pas des commerces de proximité et à 1h de tous les lieux que nous souhaitions faire marais futuroscope et puy du fou. Bref de très belles vacances en famille.
