The gîte, an authentic Poitevine house bordered by its waterway "La Béronne", entirely renovated with natural materials, will seduce you with its calm and preserved environment. Gaëlle and Nicolas, the owners, are committed to welcoming you in a truly ecological way.
A 40m² courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue and ping-pong table opens onto the courtyard. Petanque court, outdoor games (badminton, molky). Access to an enclosed riverside plot with fishing facilities.
The house combines modern comfort with architectural charm. The ground floor features an entrance hall leading to a functional, well-equipped 33m² kitchen and a 35m² living room with wood-burning stove. Upstairs, you'll enjoy 3 bedrooms and a 9m² relaxation area with catamaran net, Bedroom 1 (11m²-2 beds 80X190 or 1 bed 160X190, private shower room with wc), Bedroom 2 (11m²-2 beds 80X190 or 1 bed 160X190, private shower room with wc), Bedroom 3 (24m²-1 bed 160X200 or 2 beds 80X200 and 2 trundle beds 90X200, private shower room with Italian shower) and separate wc. Twinned with the Tiny House (n°320) in the immediate vicinity (20 meters), total capacity 12 people.
Baby equipment, made-up beds, towels and household linen provided. Heating and utilities included.
A "Le Zome" wellness area with the possibility of massages by Gaëlle, an energy specialist (massage: €60 for 1 hour).
Hire of a 136m² room for receptions, seminars and training courses, equipped with hifi and kitchenette, and a magnificent 160m² vaulted cellar, an atypical venue for events (ask the owners for details).
