Le Grand Châtelier, twinned with its Tiny House, welcomes you in a preserved environment facing the "La Béronne" river. Gaëlle and Nicolas, the owners, are committed to welcoming you in a truly ecological way.
A 40m² courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue and ping-pong table opens onto the courtyard. Petanque court, outdoor games (badminton, molky). Access to an enclosed riverside plot with fishing facilities.
The house features an entrance hall leading to a 33m² kitchen and a 35m² living room with wood-burning stove. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms and a 9m² relaxation area with catamaran net, Bedroom 1 (11m²-2 beds 80X190 or 1 bed 160X190, private shower room with wc), Bedroom 2 (11m²-2 beds 80X190 or 1 bed 160X190, private shower room with wc), Bedroom 3 (24m²-1 bed 160X200 or 2 beds 80X200 and 2 trundle beds 90X200, private shower room with Italian shower) and separate wc. Just 20 meters from the gîte, on the banks of the river, the Tiny House has an 8.75m² living area with a kitchenette (microwave, sink, Senseo coffee maker, 2 induction hobs, fridge, 3* preserver) and a dining area with a table and 4 seats. Bedroom 4 (5, 45m², 2 twin beds 80 x 190), Bedroom 5 (3,03 m², 2 bunk beds 80x200). 1.65m² bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower (80x80 cm).
Baby equipment, beds made, towels and household linen provided. Heating and utilities included.
