Semi-detached house in restored Gâtinaise style, adjoining the owners' home, set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings on the banks of the Thouet river, 10km from Parthenay. Terrace (54m²-garden lounge and barbecue), courtyard (parking possible) and enclosed garden (110m²) opening onto large grounds with river and view of the ancient Gallo-Roman bridge. A true haven of greenery, ideal for fishing and nature lovers (Holiday cottage for fishing), portico, badminton, boule court. First floor: kitchen (13m² - microwave oven and grill), living room (27m² - internet access, sofa bed), bathroom, wc. Upstairs: bedroom 1 (14m²-1 bed 140, 1 bed 80 Kids), bedroom 2 (accessible by two steps 19m²- 1 bed 160, 1 bed 80 Kids). Electric heating (extra charge). Bed linen included for rentals other than short stays (€8 for a double bed, €5 for a single bed). GR36 and bike trails, Thouet valley on site. Parthenay 15mn (medieval city, many festivals, Market), Lake du Cébron 6km, Futuroscope 3/4h, Marais poitevin and Puy du Fou 1h, Airvault and St Loup-Lamairé, Petites Cités de Caractère® 12km, 18-hole Golf courses 30 and 34km, Bressuire and Thouars 34km.     Superbe séjour

    Le gîte est totalement conforme à la description, propre, très bien équipé et confortable.
    Chaque pièce a été tres bien pensée.
    L'accueil par Jean Louis et Sandra est tres chaleureux. Leur préoccupation principale est le bien-être des locataires : c'est un vrai plaisir d'échanger avec eux.

    Un séjour reposant à la campagne

    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte. Endroit calme et reposant, avec un grand espace extérieur parfait pour notre chienne, proche de la rivière. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles. De jolies balades sont accessibles directement depuis le gîte. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ! ?

    Gîte très agréable, bel environnement

    Gîte très agréable, idéal pour un séjour reposant. Bel environnement. Joli village, proximité des commerces et services sur Parthenay. Lieux de visites à proximité dont les jardins du Gué à ne pas manquer. Accueil des propriétaires très bien.
    Nous recommandons sans hésiter.
