Slow Tourism at the Moulin Charbonneau holiday cottage! The holiday cottage was designed to combine comfort, modernity, and authenticity on the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise. Surrounded by nature, the cool river and the old stone walls make it an ideal spot for summer stays. The location is strategically situated near major tourist attractions (11 km from Puy du Fou, 17 km from the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier, 23 km from the Château de Tiffauges...)

An annex to the mill and adjoining the owners’ home—with no direct neighbors across the way—the holiday cottage is located in a charming early 19th-century house. The house once belonged to “La Linière de Cholet,” a major textile company in Cholet. The building later became the property of a former bakery employee. A bread oven in the kitchen is a reminder of that era. Dedicated parking in front of the holiday cottage. Right of way to the mill. Private terrace with a small garden. Outdoor furniture. Charcoal grill. Umbrella and 2 lounge chairs.
You enter the holiday cottage through the terrace, which opens onto the kitchen. Laundry room (washing machine, toilet, sink). Go down four steps to reach the dining room. Cloakroom and relaxation area. A staircase leads to the mezzanine living room with a game table, a sofa that converts into a 160x200 bed, a TV with Free Box, and Wi-Fi.
Three steps lead to the family bedroom with two 90x200 pull-out beds and two 80x200 beds that can be joined to form a 160x200 bed. Access to the bathroom with a large shower, a sink, and a toilet.
Accommodation for up to 6 people is available upon request (sleeping on the sofa bed). Dedicated Wi-Fi router for the holiday cottage. Electric heating included in the rates. Sèvre Nantaise nearby. Hiking trails start right from the holiday cottage.
