L'Appartement de l'Eté

The summer apartment is located on the second floor of the owners' house, which itself adjoins another gîte. A large, gravelled enclosed courtyard, located 20 m from the apartment, allows you to enjoy the facilities in the courtyard: garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, table tennis, table soccer, darts and archery. The swimming pool (4.5 m diameter, 1.2 m deep), open from May 15 to October 15, weather permitting, is surrounded by a lawned area (2 sunbathing areas) and is open from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Owners have the right of way in this courtyard to park their vehicles. Your private parking lot is located 40 meters from the gîte, in a dedicated private area.
Access to the apartment is via the entrance to the owners' house, via a private staircase: large 26m² living room with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs, flat-screen TV. Internet via WIFI, 21m² kitchen with pantry, Bedroom 1 (20m²-bed 140, bed 90 with shower room and wc), Bedroom 2 (21m²-bed 140, bed 90 with shower room and wc), Bedroom 3 (18m²-bed 140, bed 90 with shower room and wc).
Electric heating extra (€40/week). WIFI Internet access. Sheets, towels and household linen provided.
