Come and relax in this beautiful 125m² detached Bungalow set in 4500m² of wooded grounds with a conche at the bottom of the garden. Private parking with carport on enclosed property (except at conche level) with electric gate. 15m² covered terrace overlooking private, unoverlooked Piscine, heated weather permitting from mid-May to mid-September (4m x 8m; gently sloping with max depth 1.7m). Plancha. 4 deckchairs. The entrance to the house leads to the large, bright kitchen/dining/living room (56m²) with direct access to the terrace. TV with Canal Plus and Canal Satellite dishes. Dedicated Wifi box. From the entrance, you can also access the Holiday cottage's 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 (24 m²- 1 bed 160, private bathroom open to the bedroom with island bath, Italian shower, washbasin) with possible access to the garden, Bedroom 2 (20.5 m²- 1 bed 160 and its bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin). Separate toilet with washbasin. Storeroom with washing machine, tumble dryer and small freezer. Bed linen and towels provided, except bath towels for the Piscine. Electricity recharging point in the village (chargeable). Boat trips and piers with guides and bike rentals in the village. Several restaurants, including one 100 meters from the Holiday cottage (pizzeria 150 meters away). Hiking and cycling trails on site. River fishing nearby. Dog pension 10 minutes away (in Saint Sigismond). 20 minutes from Niort, 35 minutes from La Rochelle and 40 hours from Ile de Ré. 4km from Parc Ornithologique de St Hilaire la Palud, 1h10 from Futuroscope and 1h25 from Puy du Fou.

Tom Excellent séjour en famille
Nous avons séjourné en famille qq jours pour nous reposer. Le terrain est magnifique, très arboré, bien entretenu et fleuri. Les doigts de pieds en éventail au bord de la piscine, rien de mieux. Très calme également.
La maison est spacieuse, décorée avec goût et bien équipée.
La piscine étant chauffée, nous avons pu en profiter malgré des températures assez fraîches. C'est un vrai plus !- Comfort

Echappés des polders Notre séjour dans le gîte Le Clos du Coursault
Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine de vacances en couple la dernière semaine d'avril dans ce gîte de France, et nous avons été totalement charmés. La maison est idéalement située dans le joli village d'Arçais à proximité de Niort dans le Marais Poitevin et de La Rochelle. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement des commodités du village (commerces, restaurants) . Les embarcadères pour explorer la Venise Verte sont situés à deux pas. L'intérieur du gîte est un véritable coup de cœur : décoré avec beaucoup de goût, cosy, chaleureux et très bien équipé. Le clou du spectacle a été le très grand jardin avec sa piscine. C'est un véritable havre de paix qui offre une intimité totale, parfait pour se détendre en couple après une journée de balade à vélo, en barque le long des canaux ou une excursion à La Rochelle ou l'île de Ré. L'accueil a été très agréable et discret. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse pour une escapade romantique et ressourçante !
We hebben de laatste week van april een heerlijke vakantieweek als stel doorgebracht in deze gîte en we waren compleet gecharmeerd. Het huis is ideaal gelegen in het mooie dorpje Arçais, vlakbij Niort in de Marais Poitevin en La Rochelle. We hebben volop kunnen genieten van de voorzieningen in het dorp (winkels, restaurants).
De aanlegsteigers om de Venise Verte (Groene Venetië) te verkennen liggen op een steenworp afstand. Het interieur van de gîte is echt geweldig: zeer smaakvol ingericht, gezellig, warm en zeer goed uitgerust. Het klapstuk was de zeer grote tuin met zwembad. Het is een waar oase van rust die veel privacy biedt, perfect om met zijn tweeën te ontspannen na een dagje fietsen, varen langs de grachten of een dagje uit naar La Rochelle of l'île de Ré. De ontvangst was erg vriendelijk en discreet. We raden dit adres ten zeerste aan voor een romantisch en verkwikkend uitstapje.- Cleanliness
