Le Chêne et le Roseau welcomes you to a charming and functional studio, attached to the owners’ home and their Bed and breakfast (ref 79G10810). Ideal for a peaceful stay, it features a private terrace with access to a large shared garden (5,000 m²) and a saltwater Piscine (12x5 meters) shared with the Bed and breakfast rooms, open from May through October.
The unit includes a kitchen area equipped with a convertible table, a refrigerator, two stovetops, and a combination microwave oven. The living area is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, and a television. Wifi Internet is available. The main sleeping area features a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. The bathroom with a toilet completes the ground-floor layout. Upstairs, a 9 m² attic-style mezzanine (with a ceiling height of less than 1.80 m) features two single beds measuring 90 x 200cm, ideal for kids or teenagers. The studio is equipped with a reversible air conditioning unit. Accommodation for 4 people is available upon request at the same price (please contact us).
