On the banks of the Sèvre Niortaise, in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, in the old restored family farmhouse, west-facing gîte (not overlooked), 500m from the village of Magné, adjoining the "Côté Sèvre" gîte. Pretty little private fishing port and pontoon on the Sèvre, rowing boat available (1 per cottage), shaded courtyard and garden (approx. 1000 m2), bicycle and fishing tackle shed, deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue. First floor: living room with fitted kitchen, wc. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (bed 140), Bedroom 2 (2 beds 90), shower room. Electric heating extra. Fiber-optic Internet access. All shops in Magné, cycle path on site: to Niort (coulée verte) and to the many circuits and footpaths of the Marais Poitevin. Canoeing and paddle-boating, electric boat rental without a license, Piscine, tennis courts, skate park, bowling green, games for young Kids, Terra Aventura connected walk, media library, exhibition gallery and Painting Festival in July, all these activities in Magné. Numerous piers in the marsh. Market in downtown Niort 7km, Horse-riding at the Maison du Cheval in La Garette 5km, Golf (18 holes) in Niort, Futuroscope 1h, Puy du Fou 1h15mn, La Rochelle 50mn, Ile de Ré, Ile d'Oléron and Vendée beaches 1h30mn.

Je suis ravie que vous ayez apprécié notre gite et passé une bonne semaine de vacances. C'est l'essentiel. J'ai bien compris la note de propreté plus basse que d'habitude. Exceptionnellement le contrôle de dernière minute n'a pas été réalisé, permettant d'éliminer les dernières toiles d'araignées après une semaine sans occupation. Frankreich-Freunde Idyll am grünen Sevre-Ufer
Ruhe am Ortsrand,trotzdem mitten im Zentrum. Super-Lage zwischen Colon und Niort. Von Niort aus gute Zugverbindungen nach Poitiers oder La Rochelle.
Haus wunderschön gelegen am naturbelassenen Sevre-Ufer. Sitzgelegenheiten direkt am Wasser. Erstaunlicherweise insgesamt fast keine Mücke. Boulespiel, Ruderboot oder Angelruten (beides nicht ausprobiert) zus. mit der Nachbarwohnung zur freien Verfügung.
Kleine Küchenzeile, daher nur für eine Person zu benutzen, Ausstattung aber sehr gut incl. scharfer Messer. Toilette in Abstellraum, sollte aber nicht weiter ins Gewicht fallen... Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine top.
Insgesamt ideale Unterkunft für Erholung auf dem Grundstück oder als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins gesamte Marais Poitevin. Sehr wohlgefühlt! Sehr angenehmer, persönlicher Empfang und Check-out.- Cleanliness

Une très bonne semaine, endroit très agréable , avec une météo correcte ce qui a augmenté le côté agréable du séjour. Les propriétaires ainsi que la personne qui nous a accueilli sont très sympas. Merci à vous trois, nous reviendrons avec plaisir . C'est avec plaisir que j'ai redécouvert ma région natale après 40 ans .
