Just 20 minutes from the Puy du Fou and at the gateway to the Vendée, the charming, cosy gîte "La Griotte de Midi" welcomes you to a quiet, unoverlooked garden on the ground floor of the owners' house.
The 200m² garden, with private lounge and parking area, opens onto the wooded property.
The gîte comprises a 20m² kitchen-living-room-lounge equipped for your comfort with a ceiling fan, a relaxation area with a comfortable BZ 190x140 sofa and a dining area overlooking the garden. Wifi internet connection.
The 11m² bedroom has 2 beds 90 x 200, which can be twinned if required.
Bathroom with shower, washbasin and heated towel rail. Separate toilet.
Beds will be made up on arrival, and linen and cleaning included.
The use of an electric washing machine and tumble dryer is available on request at an additional cost. Deposit of 500€ required from one week's rental.
Local shops on site. The gîte is 15 minutes from the Parc Oriental in Maulévrier, 5 minutes from the Château de St Mesmin, 1 hour from the Marais Poitevin, the Loire castles, Nantes, Angers and the beaches of the Vendée.
