La Grange des Landes

Welcome to our gîte, close to the Vendée and on the doorstep of the Puy du Fou (15mn). In a quiet country setting, come and enjoy a pleasant stay in our fully restored, one-storey barn. On sunny days, you can enjoy the 28 m2 terrace with garden furniture, sunbathing area, barbecue, parasol and 310 m2 partially enclosed garden. From late May to mid-September (weather permitting), access is available from 10am to 7pm to the swimming pool shared with the owners. The pool measures 10m by 5m and the water is heated to 28°. The gite comprises a large living room of 40m2 with fully-equipped kitchen, lounge and living room. Bedroom 1 of 16m2 (1 bed of 140+ 1 bed of 90 and shower room) Bedroom 2 of 8.7m2 (bed of 140) and bedroom 3 (bed of 140). Cots available. Shower room n°2, separate toilet. Internet access (wifi). Beds are made up on arrival (sheets provided and included in rates). Regular maintenance of the gite and end-of-stay cleaning included, as the owners live in the same hamlet. Underfloor heating (gas, included). Hiking trails from the gite and surrounding area, particularly along the Sèvre Nantaise. Numerous outings and activities on offer: Mauléon and Mallièvre (5km), Vallée de Poupet with its festival in July and canoeing base (10km), Parc oriental de Maulévrier (13km), Château de Tiffauges and St Mesmin, Beaches 1 hour away (Les Sables d'Olonne or la Tranche sur Mer), Loire Valley 45mn, Marais Poitevin (1h15), Angers and Nantes 1h away.
