Located 2 km from the Zoodyssée in Chizé—accessible on foot or by bike through the Forest—this restored holiday cottage is an extension of the owners’ home and has no direct neighbors. A 7-square-meter terrace (with a grill, patio furniture, and 2 lounge chairs) and a 1,000-square-meter private garden on a large, 5,000-square-meter property filled with trees and flowers; the property is not fenced. Swings and a badminton set are available. Access to the holiday cottage is via an outdoor staircase with 5 steps. All on one level: kitchen-dining-living room (35 m²—sofa bed 140x190), Wifi Internet, bedroom (12 m²—1 bed 160x200 or 2 beds 80x200), bathroom, and separate toilet. Additional sleeping capacity available using the sofa bed in the living room for an extra charge of 100€ per stay (please notify the reservation center). Electric heating (additional charge of 20€/week).
