La Ferme du Château

In the heart of the Deux-Sèvres countryside, on the border with Vienne, discover this elegant castle outbuilding, fully renovated using traditional materials in 2026. Combining old-world charm with modern comfort, this characterful home is ideal for vacations with family, friends, or reunions. Designed to accommodate up to 10 people, everyone enjoys their own privacy thanks to the five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom—a real plus for a peaceful vacation.
The holiday cottage is attached to a small year-round rental. A shared courtyard is located at the front, while guests have access to a large, fenced-in private garden at the back of the house, perfect for relaxation. You’ll also enjoy a pleasant covered terrace under a pergola, furnished with outdoor seating, a charcoal grill, and six lounge chairs. Private parking is reserved for guests.
On the ground floor, the entryway leads to a fully equipped kitchen with a 40m² dining area, followed by a comfortable 28m² living room with a sofa, armchairs, and a TV. On the other side of the entryway, you’ll find a closet and laundry area (12 m², sink, washer, dryer), a separate toilet, and the first bedroom (13 m², 2 twin beds measuring 90 x 190), accessible at ground level, with a private bathroom.
Upstairs, a wide hallway leads to four spacious bedrooms (the Yellow Room, 22 m²; the Pink Room, 21 m²; the Orange Room, 22 m²; Blue Room, 29 m²), all equipped with two 90 x 200cm beds and their own private bathroom and toilet, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. A reading nook completes this space and invites you to enjoy a moment of reading or relaxation. The holiday cottage offers Wi-Fi internet access (dedicated router for the cottage). Wood heating is included. Beds are made, and bathroom linen and household linen are provided. An electric charging station (7 kWh) is available for €5/day or €35 per week (payment on site).
