Private 25m² terrace overlooking the shared Piscine (10 x 5m, 0.80 to 2.20m deep, heated according to weather from May to September) with the owner and guests of the "Plumes" and "Paons" rooms (ref. 10861). Kitchenette equipped with fridge, freezer, combined oven/microwave, hob, toaster, kettle and pod coffee maker. Small lounge area with convertible BZ sofa. Bathroom/wc on first floor. Upstairs, you'll find the attic bedroom (1 bed 140x190). Access to the common areas of the owners' house (sitting area with pool table, library, board games, internet connection) just a few meters from the bedroom. Breakfast is served in the dining room.
