Completely renovated farm gîte, adjoining a house on a dairy cow farm, on one level, opening onto a vast 2000m² enclosed garden shared with the owners, with a space of approx. 500m² dedicated to the gîte. A 24m² terrace in the process of being fitted out with garden furniture, barbecue, awning and 2 deckchairs. A bright 41m² room with living room (sofa and armchair, TV) and fully equipped kitchen. The first bedroom (8m²) has 2 twin beds (80x200x160). The second bedroom comprises 2 separate sleeping areas: a first 14m² room with 2 twin 80x200 beds in 160 with mattress topper, leading through a sliding door to a second 7m² sleeping area with a BZ sofa (140x190cm). Capacity can be extended on request. Bathroom with large walk-in shower. Separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine. Linen and sheets provided, beds made. Wifi Internet access. Heating included. Animals accepted (in the knowledge of the presence of other animals in the immediate vicinity: cats, dogs on the farm). Farm visit available on request. Production of rapeseed and sunflower oil on site. Grocery store 2.5 km away. La Futaie water sports center in Saint-Gelais, open July and August, with canoes and paddles for hire. Catering available at La Futaie guinguette (2.4km). Les Fraignes aquatic center in Chauray (5.7km), Cherveux lake 8.5km, Château Salbart in Echiré 7km, Niort 13km (Market, Museum, Donjon, Cinemas), Mutuelles 8km, Marais Poitevin 25mn, Futuroscope 50mn, La Rochelle 1h, Puy du Fou and Vendée beaches (La Faute s/Mer) 1h20.

gîte très agréable
5/5Très bon accueil des propriétaires un endroit très calme pouvant correspondre à tous . Le gîte est très agréable reste frais en cas de forte chaleur et très bonne literie propre est bien organisé la terrasse donnant sur une immense pelouse . Nous avons fait la visite de la ferme avec les propriétaires. De belles randonnées pédestres aux alentours . Nous recommandons ce gîte

Séjour avec notre petite fille.
5/5Magnifique gite, spacieux, lumineux et calme. La visite à la ferme nous a comble. Nous avons découvert la méthode de la traite par robot et avons apprécié les explications par le propriétaire.Notre petite fille a été ravi de côtoyer les vaches de très près .
