On the first floor, you'll find a 51 m² living space with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and a separate lounge (wifi, TV). Small laundry room (washing machine and dryer) with integrated toilet.
First floor: 3 bedrooms: blue (18.50 m² - 2 beds 90x200 which can be twinned to form a bed 180), yellow (9.55 m² - 2 beds 90x200 which can be twinned to form a bed 180) and green (10.20 m² - 2 beds 90x200). Bathroom with walk-in shower (3.42 m²). Separate toilet. Gravel terrace shaded by ash trees. Large private garden of 2500m² (opposite the Holiday cottage). Charcoal barbecue.
