Christian and Dany welcome you to an old 17th century mill, restored into 2 independent Holiday cottages, in a family atmosphere. The Holiday cottage du Moulin, on the banks of the Saumort river (1st category), in a hamlet, has a 100m² unenclosed natural green space and a large 40m² covered and enclosed balcony-terrace. Nearby enclosed park with trees and a small 300m² pond. Bicycles available free of charge. First floor: kitchen-dining room (26m²-wood-burning stove), living room (18m²), bedroom 1 (lower level with 5 steps-1 bed 140), shower room (wc). FLOOR: 2 interconnecting bedrooms (2 beds 140). Fibre-optic Internet access. Electric heating and wood heating. The owners will be happy to show you the milling industry on a visit to the "Moulin des Noues", which has been in operation since 1600 (flour for pastries and bakery products with the Poitou-Charentes label), and the "Parthenaise" cattle farm. Fishing accommodation, certified in 2025 by the French Fishing Federation.
