Gîte du Four à Pain

Located in the village of Vallans, at the gateway to the Marais Poitevin (14km from Niort), the Holiday cottage du Four à Pain is an ideal base for exploring this unique region and relaxing in a green setting. Once a bread oven, this renovated dwelling has retained its character. It comprises a living room (30m²) with kitchenette (oven, 4 gas rings, dishwasher, washing machine) and 2 bedrooms, Bedroom 1 (12m²- bed 140, private bathroom), Bedroom 2 (20m²- bed 180 or 2X90, private bathroom). Private terrace (25m²). Enjoy the large garden and Piscine (5X11m, 1.70m deep) of our guest house. Barbecue available. Boats and bicycles available. Hiking from the Holiday cottage. All around us, nature, culture and entertainment complement each other to vary the pleasures.
Nature: from the canals of Venise Verte to the Forest of Chizé and its Zoodyssée (20 min), via the many paths that link our villages, the landscapes are varied, as are the ways of visiting them (on foot, by bike, in a boat, on horseback, in a horse-drawn carriage, in a gyropod...).
Culture: castles, Museums, abbeys, washhouses and old houses bear witness to the history of our region.
Entertainment: while Futuroscope and the Atlantic beaches are less than 1 hour away (La Rochelle and Rochefort 45 min), Niort and the surrounding region also offer a wide range of activities for all ages (water games and water sports on the Sèvre, go-karting, escape games, concerts, festivals and parties...).Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
