This spacious, detached house has a 400m² enclosed garden. The Holiday cottage is 800m from the Chizé Zoodyssée and 30 minutes from the Marais Poitevin. The region is ideally situated for discovering major tourist sites such as La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Cognac and Futuroscope, just 1 hour away. The large, restored single-storey house comprises a spacious, bright living room (50m²) with bar and fireplace, opening onto a fitted kitchen (18m²), Bedroom 1 (11m²-1 bed 140 with a 1-person extra bed), Bedroom 2 (11m²-1 bed 160), Bedroom 3 (9m²-1 bed 160), separate toilet, bathroom (toilet). Nath Raph & Co Excellent séjour
Gîte au calme, très spacieux et bien équipé, lits chauds et confortables, endroit très reposant en bordure de fôret face à un magnifique arbre remarquable, il est très agréable d'observer les arbres et le soleil se coucher depuis les baies vitrées, ça doit être bien aussi aux beaux jours de profiter de l'espace extérieur. Zoodysée à proximité très intéressant. Beaucoup de belles visites et promenades à faire dans la région. De très bons restaurants aux alentours. Excellent accueil et disponibilité de la propriétaire. Nous reviendrons sûrement.
