On the first floor, you'll find a bright 24 m² living room/kitchen with a large bay window giving direct access to your private terrace and garden furniture. A toilet is also available on this level. Upstairs, you'll find two cozy bedrooms: bedroom1 (11.80 m² with 1 x 160cm bed), bedroom2 (9m² with 1 x 90cm bed), and a shower room with toilet. Private parking with electric vehicle recharging facility (three reinforced recharging sockets, extra charge), terrace with garden furniture. Shared barbecue. Bike room.
