Just 40 minutes from the Puy du Fou and 1 hour from the Marais Poitevin, come and relax with family or friends at the Gîte de la Briqueterie, located in the village of Moncoutant, close to the shops. The large detached house features a 100m² wooden terrace for outdoor meals, a courtyard and a 1200m² enclosed garden. For the well-being of young and old alike: heated, secure swimming pool (8mX4m) open from May to the end of September, table tennis, petanque court and trampoline. Whirlpool open all year. First floor: very functional kitchen-living room (36m²), living room (36m²) with wood-burning stove, laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer), Bedroom 1 (11m²- 1 bed 140), Bedroom 2 (14m²- 1 bed 160), shower room and 2 separate wc. Upstairs: Bedroom 3 (13m²- 1 bed 160) with private shower room, Bedroom 4 (10m²-1 bed 140), Bedroom 5 (10m²-1 bed 140) and a dormitory (24m²-4 beds 90), shower room and separate wc. Bed linen, towels and pool towels provided. Electric heating and wood included in the price. Hiking trails (La Voie Verte 450m from Pescalis, Centre Nature et Pêche), Forêt Aventure 5mn away, La Rochelle 1h15mn away, Futuroscope and Beaches of Vendée (La Faute sur Mer) 1h 30mn away, La Vallée des Singes (Romagne 86) 1h 45mn away.

Gîte très fonctionnel et bien adapté pour accueillir jusqu’à 14 personnes. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Jacuzzi très agréable. Quartier calme. Un petit document pour atteindre la voie verte efficacement serait utile. Très bon séjour pour nous tous (12 personnes)

Marine Super séjour
Excellent séjour à Moncoutant au gîte de la Briqueterie!
La maison est parfaitement bien pensée pour accueillir un groupe.
Grande cuisine toute équipée, grande table, grande terrasse!
Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir du beau temps et nous avons bien profité de la piscine et des transat !Encore un grand merci pour votre accueil chaleureux.

Les Beber weekend en famille
Séjour très agréable en famille jacuzzi très apprécier même par - 1 degrés extérieur. Logement assez grand pour 14 personnes chacun son espace .Panier de bienvenue à l'arriver propriétaire agréable .
