Château Sainte-Marie

15 minutes from Niort and 20 minutes from the Marais Poitevin, Nathalie and Eric welcome you to their guest house, a small château built in 1891, the former home of a Cognac merchant, in the village of Fors. Enclosed west-facing garden, car parking in enclosed courtyard. On the second floor, the Jonquille room (23m²- 1 double bed 140 x 190 cm, TV, stylish furniture, fan) with magnificent 15m² bathroom with Lion foot bathtub and private wc. In a wing of the Château, the 2 rooms Myosotis and Les Lys (in the tower) can be rented in 3 different ways: complete privatization of the wing (Mysosotis and Les Lys), or Myosotis and its bathroom or Les Lys. Description: Suite Myosotis: 27m², 1 double bed 140 x 190cm with memory foam, desk, cosy 1970s atmosphere, en-suite bathroom with double washbasin and toilet. Les Lys, in the tower: 15m², 1 double bed for friends or family (shared bathroom with Myosotis).
On the 2nd floor, the Iris room, a family suite overlooking the garden: 30m², 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm, private bathroom and toilet. You'll enjoy a bright, spacious living room with 2 sofas, ground-floor TV and dining area, prepared by us, or exceptionally and to order, catered meals. Breakfasts, with homemade jams, are served in the Tower or on the terrace in fine weather. WIFI Internet connection.
