Olivier and Marie-Aude welcome you to Clos des Hirondelles, a 600 m² building set in 1.5 hectares of wooded parkland. On the second floor, you'll find the "Les Paons" bedroom (21 m²-1 bed 160x200, TV, small fridge, private shower room/wc on the landing). On the second floor, the "Plumes" room (21 m² - 1 bed 140x190, television, small fridge, private bathroom/wc on the landing). Outdoor Piscine, heated from May to September (weather permitting) (10 x 5m, 0.80 to 2.20m deep), shared with the owners and guests of "La Bohème" (ref. 10862) on the same property. Access to the owners' communal areas (sitting area with pool table, library, board games). Breakfast is served in the dining room. Melle 12km (Romanesque churches, Les Mines d'Argent, music festivals and Friday market), Chef-Boutonne 7km (Renaissance Château de Javarzay, Lake (fishing and kids' games), Saturday market, Lezay (Tuesday market), Zoodyssée in the Chizé Forest 30mn, Lambon Base de loisirs 30mn (canoeing, kayaking, Stand Up Paddle ), Musée des tumulus de Bougon 35 mn, Musée du Cormenier 40mn.
