Stone farmhouse in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, located in a hamlet 2.5 km from the village. South-facing wooden deck (12 m² with pergola), enclosed garden (250 m² with wooden fence) with no overlooking neighbors, access to the lagoon 40 m away (boat available), patio furniture, and barbecue. Detached holiday cottage located near the owners’ home. Ground floor: kitchen renovated in 2024; dining room (31 m²—traditional features have been preserved); living room (25 m²); half-bath. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 on a mezzanine (partially enclosed by blinds) above the living room (11 m²—1 140-bed), Bedroom 2 (18 m²—3 90-beds), bathroom (toilet). Fiber-optic internet, Orange TV. Gas heating included in the rates. Hiking and biking trails nearby, boat docks 5 km away. Niort 8 km away, 18-hole Golf course 6 km away. La Rochelle is 3/4 hour away, Futuroscope is 1 hour away, and Puy du Fou is 1 hour 20 minutes away. Rates are all inclusive. PETS WELCOME: 5E per day per pet; payment on site to the owners.

Endroit calme et paisible, maison ancienne sympahtique, tout le confort est présent pour un agréable séjour, idéal pour les promeneurs et randonneurs à vélo ou à pied. Le plus une barque disponible pour se déplacer dans le marais avoisinant à votre disposition.
