Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and very large freezer. Separate WC. Access to enclosed courtyard, with covered terrace, garden furniture and barbecue/plancha (artificial turf), deckchairs. Upstairs, a 35m² living room (TV). Kitchen with oven, MO, LV and large fridge. Bedroom 1 of 15m² with dressing room. Bathroom and separate WC. Attic: Bedroom 2 with 2 beds 90*200. Bedroom 3 with 2 beds 90*200. A shower room (90*120 shower). Martara Séjour agréable
Nous étions venus dans la région pour faire des parcours Terra Aventura.
Grâce à la localisation du gîte, nous n'avons eu que l'embarras du choix.
L'appartement est agréable ainsi que la partie extérieure avec son salon de jardin et les transats.
L'environnement est très calme.
Le seul bémol serait l'absence de commerces dans ce village mais la proximité de La Souterraine efface cet inconvénient.- Cleanliness

Nick Excellent stay
Very well equipped and maintained property with friendly extremely helpful owners .
The only drawback is that the upper floor with 2 bedrooms becomes quite hot during summer - but we bought a fan for the bedrooms and were comfortable .

Isabelle Magnifique gite à Saint Maurice
Très beau gite, confortable, tout juste rénové. Belles salles de bain. Très bons lits. A noter le lit de 160 cm rare en Creuse.
6 personnes peuvent y séjourner confortablement. Je le recommande.- Cleanliness
