Access to the gîte is via the private terrace (adjoining 50 m² enclosed garden, barbecue). The entrance is on the first floor into the living area: living room with kitchen area, shower room with toilet. Upstairs: CH1 on mezzanine (1 bed 2 pl), communicating with CH2 (children's bedroom, 1 bed 1 pl). Oil-fired central heating. The gîte is housed in a restored stone barn on a former farm. The building comprises 3 gîtes, each with independent access. Shared laundry room with washing machine. On-site, in the same complex: shared games room (ping-pong, table soccer), shared boules pitch, deckchairs. Shared heated swimming pool open according to weather.
Pets welcome but not allowed in the pool area. Cleaning service included.
