Access to the Holiday cottage is via the private terrace (adjoining 50 m² enclosed garden, barbecue). The entrance is on the first floor into the living area: living room with kitchen area, shower room with toilet. Upstairs: CH1 mezzanine (1 bed 2 pl), communicating with CH2 (Kids' bedroom, 1 bed 1 pl). Oil heating. The Holiday cottage is housed in a restored stone barn on a former farm. The building comprises 3 Holiday cottages, each with independent access. Shared laundry room with washing machine. On-site, in the same complex: shared gaming room (ping-pong, table soccer), shared bowling green, deckchairs. Shared heated swimming pool, open according to the weather. Access to the Piscine is strictly reserved for Holiday cottage occupants.
Pets are welcome but not allowed in the pool area.
Electric vehicles may not be charged via the Holiday cottage sockets.

Très bon accueil par Loïc. La tour est charmante, très cosy, chaleureuse, meublée entre un mix de contemporain et d'ancien. La literie est de très bonne facture.
Petits bémols, la douche qui n'est clairement pas faite pour une personne taille gourmande mais on nous a dit que la salle de bain devait être refaite. Et les marches d'accès à la porte d'entrée, inégales mais d'époque je suppose, qui sont moussues et donc glissantes en cas de pluie, ce qui m'a fallu une belle cascade et une entorse du genou. Peut-être mettre une rambarde ....?

Vincent Excellent gite
Excellent gite avec un accueil de Loic parfait. La situation est idyllique, au calme et proche des commerces (Felletin). Quelques ameliorations seraient cependant necesaires: un petit guide et annuaire local, un sofa 2 places, et un support de pommeau douche.
