Gouzon, easily accessible via the N145. 25 minutes from Guéret or Montluçon. 20 minutes from Evaux-Les-Bains, Limousin's only spa. All shops within walking distance of the gîte. If you like golf, the 18-hole Golf de la Jonchère is less than 1 km away. For fishing, the 8-hectare Grands-Champs reservoir is not far away (trout fishing). The Etang des Landes nature reserve is 6 km away.

Magnificent bourgeois house in the heart of the village of Gouzon. The Gîte is on the first floor, served by a beautiful staircase that extends into a terrace along the main facade. A bright house with French windows opening onto the balcony. An entrance hall invites you to discover the large living room (TV) with its "château living room" atmosphere. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped (oven, MO, fridge and freezer...). A vast hallway leads to CH1 (1 x 140*190 bed) with dressing room, then CH2 (1 x 90*190 bed and 1 x 160*200 bed). Large dressing room in the corridor. Separate toilet with washbasin. Sumptuous bathroom with 2.30*1.10 walk-in shower and jetted bathtub. Enclosed garden in front of the house.
