Holiday cottage "L'École est finie" : Near Lake Vassivière (1100 ha) and Vauveix Beach. Detached house with a very large 60m² uncovered terrace and 5000m² of unenclosed land, located in the Parc Naturel Régional de Millevaches. Marina 500m away. Hiking. Hiking. Advertised weekend prices do not include Christmas vacations. Please contact the owner.
Former village school. Ground floor: large entrance hall with checkroom. Living room approved with pellet stove (10€ per bag) and large bar with storage space (sink), kitchen with freezer, fridge, 5 gas hobs, 2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of storage space. Laundry room with LL and SL. Separate shower room and WC. Upstairs: CH1 for 2 people (bed 140/190 + baby bed and storage space). CH2 for 2 people (bed 160/200) with sitting area and TV. CH3 for 5 people (5 beds 90/190). CH4 for 3 people (1 bed 140/190 and 1 bed 90/190). Shower room and separate WC. Various storage spaces and dressing room. Private parking on the property. Kids' play area. Optional cleaning and linen hire. Oil-fired central heating. Bicycle garage available. Unenclosed grounds. Pets not allowed. Utilities included except for electric car charging.

Excellent accueil de la part des propriétaires.
Gîte très grand, bien adapté au couchage de 11 personnes (bonne literie), très bien équipé, conforme à la description sur le site. Un seul bémol : il serait judicieux de préciser que les 4 chambres sont à l'étage.
Extérieur très agréable, ombragé.

Grand Week-end de 5 jours entre amis.
Un super gite bien aménagé dans un cadre ressourçant.
Literie au top, cuisine grande, fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Séjour spacieux et convivial.
Une grande terrasse, bbc, chaises longues et le terrain de pétanque (pour s'occuper pendant l'apéro:) !!!Tout était parfait, à réserver les yeux fermés.
