You'll love lounging on the terrace with its panoramic view of the Auvergne mountains, and wandering through the hedged farmland dotted with streams and ponds (you can fish in the local pond at Les Monts, 1km away). The gîte is ten minutes from the RN145, close to the market towns of Jarnages, Cressat and Pionnat, and twenty minutes from Guéret for shops and services.

First floor: living room (flat-screen TV, sofa bed), kitchenette (oven, microwave), bathroom with toilet, washing machine. Upstairs: mezzanine bedroom (1 bed 140), electric heating included in price.
