At the confluence of the Tardes and Voueize rivers, across from the Romanesque Abbey Church of Sainte Valérie, stands a beautiful village house, discreetly adjoining a small primary residence, opening onto a spacious, tree-lined, and enclosed garden where you can fully enjoy the fresh air in various secluded areas. Evaux-les-Bains, with its fitness center and spa, is 5 km away (spa treatment packages available outside of July and August). Heritage sites, hiking, biking, motorcycling… You have plenty of options! Local services and shops are nearby. The house is cool and well-insulated—no need for air conditioning.

First floor: day rooms served by a corridor. Office (tourist documentation available). Separate WC with washbasin. Fully-equipped kitchen (Tassimo pod coffee maker), living room (fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD player, piano). Upstairs: CH1, CH2 and CH4 (1 bed of 140 per CH, two rooms have a washbasin), CH3 (1 bed of 120 and 1 bed of 90), shower room with WC. Oil heating (€15 per day). Double-glazed windows. Terrace, veranda, parking. Enclosed grounds. Barbecue. 3 adult bikes + 1 Kids bike. No professional stays.
