Totally detached country house with adjoining land and communal pond. 1 km from the village of Saint-Domet. First floor: the entrance hall leads on one side to the living room (flat-screen TV, terrace access) and on the other to the fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, pyrolysis oven, microwave...) and living room (table and chairs). Terrace access also from the kitchen. 1 separate toilet is hidden under the beautiful wooden staircase leading to the upstairs sleeping areas. 1st floor: CH1 (1 bed 140*190), CH2 (2 beds 90*190), bathroom with shower 80*80, separate toilet with washbasin. 2nd floor: CH3 (1 bed 140*190).
