Nestled in the heart of the Countryside, this charming, eco-renovated Holiday cottage, housed in an old flour mill, welcomes you on the banks of the river Tardes. Set in a vast 2-hectare plot, the site offers a peaceful environment conducive to relaxation, between garden, terrace and river. An above-ground saltwater swimming pool is shared with the owners, who keep a discreet eye on you to ensure your peace and quiet. Young and old alike will appreciate the large outdoor areas, ideal for relaxing, playing by the water or simply enjoying the exceptional natural setting. River fishing available in accordance with current regulations.

Detached house comprising a living room with lounge area, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, 4-burner gas hob and oven. On the night side, one bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a second bedroom with 3 90x200 beds for up to 5 people. Shower room (90x110 shower) with washing machine and separate WC. WiFi, bed linen and shower towels available. Baby bed and high chair available on request. Terrace and relaxation area. On-site parking and electric vehicle recharging available on request. Piscine shared with the owners, who are very discreet and will use the pool in your absence. Piscine hors-sol: The pool measures 6 m x 4 m and is 1.30 m deep; the water level is 1.20 m. Kids must be supervised by an adult.
