Covered terrace, independent and adjoining, secured with gate. Landscaped grounds with garden and relaxation area opposite the Holiday cottage. Possibility of access to the banks of the Gartempe river (private domain) 100 m away. Ground floor: living room (sofa bed) and kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) with 4 gas rings. Separate bedroom with 160x200 bed and storage space + TV. Bathroom with shower cubicle and WC.
