Come and enjoy a pleasant stay in the heart of France, in the Creuse department. This stone gîte, located in a small village in Issoudun Létrieix (between Guéret and Aubusson), will seduce you with its calm and authenticity.
Sleeping 1 to 8 people, it's fully equipped and will delight young and old alike, with its 7m x 3.5m swimming pool for exclusive use by the gite, not overlooked, heated (May to September) with low shelter for swimming in inclement weather, and 2 large sunbathing decks for 8 sunbathers.
Access by staircase (width of pool), depth from 1m to 1.6m.
Salt pool.
4-seater outdoor SAUNA (year-round).
Totally independent eco-friendly house located in the village. "Le gîte de la table ronde" welcomes you all year round in a setting ideal for relaxing, fishing, walking or cycling... Particularly attached and sensitive to the quality of the welcome.

Ground floor: living room/kitchen/shower room/separate wc (wood-burning stove, bookcase, flat-screen TV, stereo).
1st floor: CH1 (1 bed 2 pl, 1 bed 1 pl, TV, desk), CH2 (1 bed 2 pl, 1 crib, workspace).
2nd floor: CH3 (3 single beds, desk, children's games, TV, DVD, stereo), separate shower room/wc. Electric heating/wood-burning stove. WIFI (free fiber).
BB equipment. 2 covered terraces, parking, garden, 1000 m² fully enclosed and shaded grounds, private indoor heated pool (May to September). Outdoor SAUNA (year-round)
Petanque court, badminton, ping-pong, swings, outdoor table soccer, trampoline, garden furniture, 2 barbecues (1 fixed wood barbecue from May to November and 1 mobile Weber® gas barbecue from July to August), 6 children's bikes (free) and 4 adult mountain bikes (10E/ mountain bike/stay).
