Le Gîte de La Jéraphie

An unfenced garden of around 200 m² and a 100 m² wooden terrace complete the setting. Our charming home is ideal for family, friends or business reunions, located in the center of France, at the crossroads of east-west and north-south roads, and on the Paris-Toulouse rail line.

Ground floor: fitted kitchen-dining area, living room (open fireplace, giant video screen, library, games), bedroom 1 (2 x 90cm beds), bathroom (corner jetted bath+shower+radio+ambient multicolored LED lighting), separate WC.
Floor: mezzanine with relaxation area (table soccer) serving 4 bedrooms, bedroom 2 (4 x 90cm beds), bedrooms 3 and 4 (1 x 160cm bed/bed), bedroom 5 (2 x 90cm bunk beds and 1 x 160cm bed), shower room, separate WC. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV.
City gas heating. Bed linen (120€ for all beds). Private parking. La Chapelle caterer offers menus (starter, main course, bread, cheese and dessert): order 24h in advance (delivery included), theme evenings and menus possible/order. Paying pet (not allowed upstairs): €150/week/€50/weekend (+ additional deposit). Weekdays: €175/night. Week-end 4 nights: 900€. Mid-week rental (see owner). Tourist tax. Housekeeping package strongly recommended for a worry-free stay.
