At the confluence of the Creuse and Sédelle rivers, this beautiful, completely detached house is located in the village of CROZANT, a peaceful, fishing village famous for the remains of its medieval fortress, the School of Impressionists, including Armand GUILLAUMIN (bust at the foot of the church), who settled in Crozant, and hiking trails such as the "Sentier des Peintres" (a 4 km loop along the Sédelle river and up into the village), the hike around the lake to the Eguzon dam (Indre) and the circuit leading to the neighboring commune where Claude MONET set up his easel in Fresselines, also the site of the Impressionist painters who came to capture the light and colors of these landscapes, the Sédelle arboretum, a "remarkable garden" in Villejoint, the intimate gardens fashioned in this same village around traditional Creusoise houses.

This artists' gîte, which can accommodate families, comprises the following on the first floor: living room - sitting area (sofa bed) - kitchenette. First floor: CH1 (2 single beds), CH2 (1 double bed), shower room, wc. Electric heating. Adjoining unfenced grounds (1,000 m²), large private parking lot on right. Small pets allowed. Free bed linen and towels on request. Cleaning included. Public parking nearby with electric car charging station.
