Beautifully renovated detached house opening onto a wooden terrace adjoining 1500 m² of partially wooded grounds. 8 km from the village of Saint-Martin-Sainte-Catherine (restaurant in the village). All shops in Sauviat sur Vige (12km). Swimming pool in Saint-Léonard. FISHING AT L'ÉTANG D'AURIAT 23400 18km away (daily from February to November). Friends of fishing, in an exceptional setting, a 3.5-hectare lake entirely reserved for fishing awaits you (cards on sale at Auriat town hall). Trout river "La Vige" nearby.
Ground-floor gîte: living room-kitchen (fridge-freezer-microwave) living room (wood-burning stove/flat-screen TV). Nath Superbe havre de paix
Séjour très reposant et ressourçant en pleine campagne vallonnée où il y a plus d'animaux (vaches, moutons, chèvres, oiseaux) que d'humains et c'est parfait ainsi pour casser le quotidien francilien ! De belles balades à faire dans la nature avoisinant cette ancienne grange familiale restaurée avec goût et très confortable où l'on se sent chez soi dès l'arrivée. Le calme absolu et la nuit noire, sans pollution lumineuse, qui laisse la voie lactée s'exprimer à volonté! Hormis la chèvrerie (à 10 mn de marche) où l'on trouve de la caillade toute fraîche ainsi que de délicieux crottins, les commerces sont à 10 mn en voiture (Ambazac ou Saint Léonard), c'est le seul bémol (s'il en est un).

Très bien si vous aimez le calme, le confort,la beauté des paysages,les randonnées sportives ou culturelles, les lacs, les sources,les vaches, les moutons, les noisettes, la gentillesse des gens etc. Sinon allez y quand même.
