Beautifully renovated detached house opening onto a wooden terrace adjoining 1500 m² of partially wooded grounds. 8 km from the village of Saint-Martin-Sainte-Catherine (restaurant in the village). All shops in Sauviat sur Vige (12km). Swimming pool in Saint-Léonard. FISHING AT L'ÉTANG D'AURIAT 23400 18km away (daily from February to November). Friends of fishing, in an exceptional setting, a 3.5-hectare lake entirely reserved for fishing awaits you (cards on sale at Auriat town hall). Trout river "La Vige" nearby.
Ground-floor gîte: living room-kitchen (fridge-freezer-microwave) living room (wood-burning stove/flat-screen TV). CH1 (1 double bed 140*190) opening onto the garden with a large bay window (electric roller shutter), CH2 (2 beds 90*190), shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Electric heating. Private parking. Ergy Excellent séjour
Nous sommes enchantés : le gîte « le Fontléon » est très agréable , très bien équipé et confortable . il est dans un bel environnement de nature, et d’une tranquillité totale .Nous y avons été très bien accueillis , et nous nous y sommes trouvés parfaitement bien . Nous repenserons souvent à ce joli coin de France .

Mathildesf Calme et confort
Une étable admirablement rénovée. Séjour sous la pluie pour nous mais nous avons eu bien chaud, plusieurs balades à pied autour du gîte. La maison est fonctionnelle, la literie est top, nous le recommandons vivement.
