Cosy family home featuring a large 60 m² living room with dining area and two lounges with library, board games and 100 cm TV, as well as a fireplace with insert and an untuned piano. The kitchen is fully equipped with 5-burner gas hob, fridge and freezer, double sink and dishwasher. Separate WC. A laundry room with washing machine and storage completes the first floor. Upstairs, the house has one bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a 160x200 (2x80x200) bed and two 90x190 Bunk beds, and two further bedrooms each with a double bed. Wooden terrace accessible from the kitchen with gas barbecue, unfenced grounds, swing and private parking. WIFI included.
