The rental comprises an independent, fully-equipped kitchen-living room, a lounge with 1 bed 90, two bedrooms (CH1: 2 beds 90*190, CH2: 1 bed 160*200), a shower room and an independent toilet. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer in boiler room at ground-floor entrance. Parking space. Common enclosed grounds of 1900m². Bed linen and cleaning service available.
