In Felletin, the cradle of Creuse tapestry, this restored family home offers a cosy, soothing interior whose original soul has been preserved. From the terrace overlooking the courtyard and the garden, you can look out over the tiled roofs of the old Pont Roby district, with a view of the surrounding green hills. Within easy walking distance, the shops, local producers' market, services and events of this small town in the Creuse region will meet your everyday needs. Discover the tapestry workshops, the woollen spinning mill, the former diamond cooperative, faithfully restored as a Museums, and the rich religious heritage. Fishing, cycling, horseback riding, hiking and mushroom picking are all within your reach! Take advantage of the Journées de la laine (wool days) at the end of October in Felletin, a not-to-be-missed event... just a stone's throw from the Holiday cottage for a stay combining relaxation and artisanal discoveries!
Lamarjoline is a City house with the following layout: on the ground floor, an entrance hall leads to a shower room with toilet and the laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer) / boiler room. Then, the kitchen with a 2-step difference in level. Fitted kitchen with 3 induction hobs, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, etc. Living room with TV. Upstairs, Bedroom 1 with 1 x 180*200 bed (2 x 90*200 twin beds / fitted with mattress topper), Bedroom 2 (1 x 140*190 bed) communicating with Bedroom 3 (1 x 90*200 bed). Shower room with WC. Terrace. Wifi access. Bathroom linen for hire. Sheets included (Beds made on arrival). City gas heating included. Public parking lot in front of Holiday cottage. Garage. Bicycle storage and Fishing equipment available if required.

Retraitée je reste toujours attachée à la maison de mon enfance. J'ai fait le choix de la conserver en bon état, vivante et accueillante comme autrefois. J'ai récemment décidé de l'adapter aux critères d'exigence des Gîtes de France. Elodie Un beau séjour en Creuse
Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille dans un gîte chaleureux, rénové avec goût et agrémenté d’un beau jardin fleuri.Le gîte est bien équipé et très bien situé pour faire de belles balades et découvrir la Creuse. La literie est parfaite pour se reposer après des journées bien chargées.

Jeff Maison très agréable à l'entrée du bourg
Nous revenons régulièrement à Felletin et, à chaque fois, nous profitons de Lamarjoline pour résider en famille. La maison est agréable, pratique et confortable. Le jardin offre une terrasse pour les repas et une grande pelouse pour que les enfants jouent. La vue sur la vallée de la Creuse et le plateau de Millevache est superbe, et la situation, à 5 minutes à pied du centre du bourg, est idéale.
Jacqueline et son mari sont des hôtes d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité parfaites et nous apprécions les petites attentions qu'ils ont pour les enfants.
Atout supplémentaire pour les amateurs et amatrices d'astronomie : une vue bien dégagée au sud et à l'ouest et une extinction de l'éclairage urbain à partir de 23 h.- Cleanliness

First of all owners are very welcoming you.
Inside Lamarjoline all is perfectly clean, a well equip and modern kitchen containing all a cooking needs.
Living kept its old style giving some charm, equip with seat of quality, coffee table and TV
At the ground floor, also laundry with washing machine and dryer, in addition a clothes dryer that can be used on the terrace by good weather.
A toilet room with douche, soap, towels and other are furnished.
At the first floor, 3 spacious bed rooms and a toilet room with douche, soap, towels and other are furnished.
Beds are very comfortable, from the window, you have a view on part of the village and its surrounding nature.
Shops are at a few hundred meters and Intermarché at about 1.5km.
Friday, you can find all fresh fruit and vegetables of season on the market, taking place in the center of the city.Felletin is a historic city which kept its old streets and old house restored houses.
Wonderful church to visit as well as the neighbouring of Felletin.If you are looking for relaxation, I recommend in a quiet and historic region, Lamarjoline is the place to spend you stay.

Welcoming you at Lamarjoline was a real pleasure and we are glad you enjoyed the amenities of the familly home and the century-old village around. True enough, it has kept its medieval churches, old bridge, tapestry and wool manufacturing activities, but also caters for all our daily needs..

Jeff De nouveau, un très agréable séjour
Notre deuxième séjour à Lamarjoline a été aussi agréable que le premier, grâce à la propriétaire qui nous accueille avec beaucoup de gentillesse dans cette maison agréable, très pratique pour une famille : cuisine bien équipée, salon confortable avec télévision, trois chambres à la literie de très grande qualité, sanitaires refaits à neuf... Les enfants ont pu profiter du jardin, les adultes ont même pu sortir le salon de jardin pour jouir d'une météo très clémente. La maison, localisée dans un endroit tranquille mais très proche du coeur du bourg (5 minutes à pieds), est calme et offre une jolie vue sur la vallée de la Creuse.
