Your gîte is located in the village of Châtenet. Once you've arrived and settled in, enjoy the generous living spaces inside and out! The living room lends itself perfectly to convivial moments by the fire. On sunny days, the rear garden offers an open view of the landscape, ideal for sharing moments around the barbecue or simply doing nothing... A real treat for body and soul! Whatever the season, take advantage of your stay to discover what La Creuse has to offer: nature and heritage. There are many hiking trails in the vicinity of the gîte, and numerous discovery outings (Scénovision in Bénévent l'Abbaye 15km away, Parc Animalier des Loups in Chabrières 20km away). Restaurant 9km away in La Chapelle Taillefert, all shops and services 20 minutes away in Le Grand Bourg (16km) and Guéret (17km).

House adjoining a main residence, with 450 m² enclosed garden planted with trees and flowers to the rear. On the first floor of this village house, you enter the living room (flat-screen TV, fireplace with insert) with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen. A hallway (separate toilet, washbasin, washing machine) leads to the staircase leading to the upstairs sleeping quarters. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. Each bedroom is equipped with a 140*190 double bed. Electric heating. Cleaning service included. Public parking lot in the immediate vicinity of the gîte. Long-term rental available.

    Sejour Anniversaire et VTT

    Accueil Propriétaires agréables.
    Logement très rustique, vieillot et sombre (éclairages faibles) pour le bas. Canapé confortable.
    Le temps étant maussade et pluvieux.
    2 grandes chambres. Nous avons dormi dans la chambre coquelicot refaite. Literie Correcte. Salle d’eau un peu vieillotte surtout la douche.
    Bémols : des "moutons" de poussière, et de la vaisselle mal lavée. Cela ne donnait pas du tout envie de cuisiner.

    Sommes partis un jour plus tôt.

    Logement fonctionnel avec tout ce qu'il faut (cuisine, jardin, petit abri pour vélo...)
    Chambres agréables et literie correcte.
    Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire.
    Seul bémol: des "moutons" de poussière, et de la vaisselle mal lavée.

    Des vacances calmes et reposantes

    Située dans un hameau très calme, "la vieille maison" est un gîte confortable car rien ne manque pour passer un séjour agréable. Nous avons aussi apprécié (ainsi que nos 2 chiennes) le joli jardin et les belles balades dans la nature. D'ailleurs nous remercions les propriétaires qui ont accepté nos canidés sans problème et gratuitement. Nous ne connaissions pas la Creuse et avons trouvé ce département très beau.

    Séjour agréable

    Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet endroit très calme, un peu loin de tout mais parfait pour qui aime campagne et nature. Nous sommes adepte de vttet rando et nous somme là dans un petit paradis. Très bon accueil des propriétaires et prise en compte de nos besoins. Le gîte est agréable, au calme et avec un grand jardin sur l arrière de la maison.
