La Rainette

An idyllic setting, a charming cottage: welcome to La Rainette! This completely private holiday cottage, set on a large adjoining lot of 4,300 m², offers immediate access to a fishing pond and is located in the Creuse Valley between Guéret (30 km) and Aubusson (14 km).

Holiday cottage with a private 30-are pond on the property. La Rainette is 5 km from the village of Ars, 5 km from Lavaveix-les-Mines, and 7 km from Ahun (all shops). Near the holiday cottage, guests of all ages can explore the farm with the owners’ daughter, not to mention the many trails perfect for walks. Hiking to Saint Martial le Mont: a 13-km loop to explore the church of Saint Martial le Mont (No. 31) and enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the Creuse Valley and its surroundings. A stay at La Rainette gives you easy access to a wide range of outdoor activities and also offers all the comforts you need to recharge your batteries by the fireplace or while lounging on the terrace.

First floor: kitchen, living room (DVD player, library, stove with free wood), WC, laundry room (Fishing room). Floor: CH1 (1 bed 160*200, shower room-WC), CH2 (1 bed 140*190), shower room. Attic: CH3 (2 beds 110*190). Breaks in level and door height sometimes limited by the traditional character of the building. Baby equipment available on request. Enclosed 40 m² courtyard, partially covered terrace, swing, parking, fixed barbecue. Oil heating from 01/01 to 15/05 and from 15/10 to 31/12 (depending on outside temperatures). For fishermen: a private 30-acre pond and a 1.90-acre pond (shared with another Holiday cottage).
Pets allowed but an extra charge of 50€ and a 50€ deposit will be requested.
