6-person gîte in a village near La Souterraine. Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (with TV, 4 ceramic hobs, large fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher), lounge (flat-screen TV, DVD player), laundry room, shower room, separate toilet. Floor: CH1 (1 double bed 140/200), CH2 (1 double bed 140/190), CH3 (2 single beds: 1 90 and 1 120). CH2 and CH3 are communicating or independent (separated by a door), bathroom with shower and toilet. Terrace overlooking the garden. Unenclosed courtyard of 300 m². Private parking. Baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath and potty). Oil-fired heating (€12/day). Housekeeping package. Bed linen provided for stay. Wifi (not suitable for teleworking). The annexes adjoining the gîte are storage premises (former farm buildings that have been converted and are not part of the gîte).
