This totally independent house is ideally located in the village of Busserette, 2km from Moutier-Rozeille, between Aubusson (8km) and Felletin (5km), where you'll find all shops and services. The terrace next to the kitchen offers an open view over the countryside, and the garden below is just waiting for you to relax! Inside, the atmosphere is warm and authentic: stone and wood combine to create an ensemble characteristic of the Creuse region. On the first floor, you enter the living room (flat-screen TV, fireplace with wood-burning insert). A door separates this living area from the corridor which leads to the shower room (cabin with thermostatic tap) and separate toilet. The fitted kitchen with dining area is also on the first floor and opens onto an enclosed courtyard (barbecue). Upstairs are the CH1 mezzanine (1 bed 2 pl) and the CH2 (2 beds 1 pl).
