La Maison d'Alice, just 1 km from Ajain, is fully equipped to welcome you at any time of year. Ground floor: entrance with checkroom, 32m² living room with wood-burning stove and 100cm TV. Independent kitchen (4 gas rings). Separate shower room and WC. Storage room with washing machine. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed. Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds. Outside: large 25m² terrace with awning, garden furniture and barbecue. Garage for bikes and Fishing equipment (sink) - freezer with drawers. Enclosed courtyard of 100m². Adjoining 800m² unfenced plot. Private parking. WIFI ACCESS. Sheets and towels on request. Cleaning package available. Wood 50€ per m3 - insert can be used from early October to late December and from January to early April. Free pets. Baby equipment on request.

La maison d Alice nous a hébergé 8jours pour les fêtes de Noël.nous avons été enchanté des lieux et de l accueil d Alain quie st réactif et efficace..rien a dire sur la propreté des lieux.il y a tout le nécessaire et moderne.le seul gros bémol qui m a bien peine ainsi que mon porte monnaie sont les frais supplémentaires de chauffage .bûches et produits activateur de feux++ et un radiateur unique dans la grande piece principal qui pousse a fond ne suffit pas pour chauffer la grande pièces et a côtes.. 90e d électricité en plus pour 2 personnes 8 jours + cheminée..ça fait mal quand même....a savoir que dans les chambres il fait bien chaud.donc je recommande ce gite mais pas en période hivernale pour cette raison.troo cher au final..

L'accueil du propriétaire très agréable.
Le seul bémol, le ménage n'avait pas été fait dans les chambres et certains ustensiles de cuisine étaient en mauvais état:poêle en Teflon très usée et aspirateur défectueux- Cleanliness
