La Longère du Clos

An ideal destination to disconnect, recharge your batteries and get back into shape. Also ideal if you're looking for peace and quiet, starry skies and unspoilt Countryside. The longère is a detached house on the Clos estate, which includes a Forest with beautiful trees and a pond (1.2 hectares).

Le Clos is at the end of the village of Marsac. This small village of around 500 inhabitants has the following amenities: An SNCF train station, a fishing pond with banks for walks, an organic pond open in July and August, a natural outdoor swimming pool, a Proxi grocery store with delicatessen and delicatessen corner, a hardware store, a bakery-pastry shop, a restaurant at lunchtime on weekdays, a bar, press, tobacco shop and a Pizzeria at night on weekends, a postal agency and a small library, a thrift shop, a hairdresser, a beautician and a garage and Scottish pub (small catering available). Bénévent l'Abbaye is 3.2 km away, with a Carrefour market. Marsac is on one of the St Jacques de Compostelle routes, the Vézelay route. There are many beautiful walks in the area. Electric bikes and mountain bikes can be hired in Bourganeuf or Guéret.

The Bungalow (70m²) includes a large living room, kitchen, living room, lounge with wood-burning stove. 2 steps lead up to : CH1 - 1 bed (160x200), CH2 - 1 bed (100x190) and a study area. Shower room and WC. The house is furnished according to the owners' tastes, with beautiful objects and quality furniture. It is equipped according to their consumer criteria, i.e. there is no television, dishwasher or air-conditioning (old building - 1819 - stays very cool in summer). There is a washing machine, gas stove with built-in oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, stereo (radio and CD), DVD player and wifi. The kitchen has all the utensils for good cooking, as well as spices and condiments. Antique crockery and cutlery are available for your dining pleasure. Private grounds of 400m². Parking space.
