The gîte is housed in a traditional, comfortable house. You'll feel right at home here, and appreciate the peace and quiet! In fine weather, you can enjoy the 200 m² flower garden and wooden terrace. All year round, whatever the weather, you can have fun in the gîte's games room (table tennis, table soccer, etc.). Easy access to marked hiking trails. 5 km from the village of Lépinas. All shops and services in Ahun (12km). Take advantage of your stay to discover the painted church of Sous-Parsat (3km), the village of Moutier d'Ahun and the woodwork of its abbey (13km) or the astonishing sculpted village of Masgot (10km). The choice is yours!
First floor: open-plan fitted kitchen, living room (wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV), shower room, wc. Floor: CH1 (1 bed 140, washbasin), CH2 (1 bed 140), wc. Attic: CH3 (3 beds 90). 5/5Gîte idéal pour un temps de vacances en famille. Calme, bien équipé, grand terrain et salle de jeux pour les enfants. Belle région avec des lacs et des chemins de randonnées faciles. Peut-être à refaire une autre fois !

Gîte au calme, très propre et agréable
5/5Un gîte très agréable dans un endroit magnifique, très calme et apaisant. Le propriétaire est très gentil et disponible, la maison est très bien équipée et très propre. Nous avons bien profité du jardin et des balades dans les bois autour en partant du gîte.

5/5Séjour d’une semaine en famille : 4 adultes et 3 enfants de 8,10 et 14 ans ….et un chien.
L’accueil en amont et durant le séjour a été excellent. Le propriétaire sait être présent si nécessaire et parfaitement discret pour notre tranquillité. Ses attentions et ses conseils ont été très appréciés de tous !
La maison dans son charme rustique a le confort suffisant à des vacances. Le jardins est un pur bonheur ! Et la salle de jeux un réel plus pour les enfants.
Plein de balades à faire en partant de la maison sans prendre la voiture.
La situation géographique permet de visiter une grande partie de la Creuse sans faire des heures de routes.
